We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Accountant to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, maintaining an accurate general ledger, and ensuring full compliance with accounting principles and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate possesses strong numerical acumen, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive approach to optimizing our financial health. You will report directly to the Finance Manager/Accounting Supervisor and play a vital role in guiding our company's economic decision-making. Responsibilities & Duties Ledger & Transaction Management: Prepare accurate journal entries and execute monthly, quarterly, and year-end close procedures.

Account Reconciliations: Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank statements, credit cards, and general ledger accounts. Accounts Payable & Receivable: Oversee vendor payments, process invoices, monitor cash receipts, and manage debt collection processes. Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, P&L; statements, and cash flow reports.

Compliance & Tax: Manage compliance documentation,



coordinate with external auditors, and assist in preparing corporate tax filings.

Qualifications & Skills Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Experience: 1–5 years of professional corporate accounting or bookkeeping experience. Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience tally prime systems. Technical Skills: Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas). Thorough knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).

Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, robust analytical capabilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
