- Student Counseling: Provide accurate information about academic programs, course structures, eligibility requirements, and career opportunities.
- Lead Management: Contact prospective students through telephone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Admission Guidance: Explain admission procedures, documentation requirements, fee structures, and enrollment processes.
- Follow-Up Activities: Conduct regular follow-ups with interested students to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
- Target Achievement: Achieve assigned monthly admission, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Student Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents by addressing their queries professionally.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, follow-ups, admission status,
and related activities in the CRM or reporting system.
- Coordination: Coordinate with the admissions team, academic department, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, follow-up updates, and admission performance reports to the reporting manager.
- Professional Conduct: Maintain professional communication, follow organizational policies, and ensure a positive student experience.
