- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and other beverages according to established recipes and quality standards.
- Operate and maintain espresso machines, coffee grinders, and other café equipment.
- Greet customers, take orders, process payments, and respond to customer queries professionally.
- Recommend beverages and food items based on customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the coffee station, counters, equipment, and seating areas.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and health standards.
- Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, syrups, cups, and other supplies.
- Assist with inventory management, restocking, and daily opening and closing procedures.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve basic complaints politely.




- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth café operations.
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of coffee preparation methods and espresso-based beverages.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) system knowledge.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle routine café duties.
- Willingness to learn new beverage recipes and café procedures.
- Consistent beverage quality and presentation.
- Excellent customer satisfaction.
- Cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards.
- Efficient order preparation and service.
- Proper handling of café equipment, inventory, and payments.
