Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms.
- Manage day-to-day social media activities and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Create and maintain engaging monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.

2. Content Creation & Campaigns

- Collaborate with designers, content writers, and video editors to produce high-quality content.
- Plan and execute creative organic and paid social media campaigns.
- Develop innovative content ideas that increase reach, engagement, and followers.

3. Community Engagement

- Build and nurture a strong online community.
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Strengthen customer relationships through meaningful interactions and engagement.

4. Performance & Analytics

- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and social media insights.
- Evaluate KPIs such as reach, engagement, conversions, follower growth, and ROI.




- Prepare performance reports and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.

5. Market Research & Innovation

- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing practices.
- Identify opportunities to improve brand visibility and audience engagement.
- Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.

What We're Looking For

✅ Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

✅ 3-4 years of proven experience in Social Media Management.

✅ Solid understanding of:

- Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube & X (Twitter)
- Social Media Algorithms
- Content Strategy & Community Building
- Social Media Best Practices

✅ Hands-on experience with:

- Meta Business Suite
- Hootsuite
- Buffer
- Social Media Scheduling Tools

✅ Working knowledge of:

- Facebook & Instagram Ads
- LinkedIn Advertising
- Google Analytics
- SEO & Content Marketing

✅ Excellent communication, creativity, and storytelling skills.

✅ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.

Preferred Skills

✨ Experience managing fashion, lifestyle, D2C, or e-commerce brands.

✨ Understanding of influencer marketing and brand collaborations.

✨ Basic knowledge of video content trends, reels, and short-form content strategies.

✨ Ability to work in a fast-paced and growth-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
