About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Business Development & Customer Acquisition Executive to expand our customer base, build long-term relationships, and promote our registered chit fund schemes. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to develop business through referrals and customer outreach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and acquire new customers for our chit fund schemes.
- Explain chit fund schemes, benefits, terms, and auction procedures to prospective customers.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, field visits, and local business connections.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into customer enrolments.
- Achieve monthly customer acquisition and business development targets.
- Maintain customer details, lead records, and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth customer onboarding process.

Requirements





- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in sales, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Ability to build trust and maintain professional customer relationships.
- Basic smartphone and computer skills.
- Freshers are welcome; experience in sales, banking, insurance, or financial services is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the local market and Tamil language is preferred.

Salary & Incentives

- Fixed salary: Starting from ₹10,000 per month, based on experience and suitability.
