Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of recruitment, payroll, compliance, employee engagement, HRMIS, performance management, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment and selection process.
- Handle onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee records.
- Manage and monitor payroll processes, attendance, leaves, and salary-related activities.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Maintain and update HRMIS/HRMS records and employee databases.
- Develop and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain positive employee relations.
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes.
- Prepare and implement HR policies, procedures, and company guidelines.
- Manage HR operations including attendance, leave management, employee documentation, and exits.
- Coordinate training and development activities.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS,



and workforce-related analytics for management.
- Ensure effective communication between employees and management.
- Handle disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies.
- Support organizational development and workforce planning.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.
- 4–6 years of relevant HR experience preferred.

The ideal candidate should be confident, organized, people-oriented, and capable of independently handling multiple HR functions while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Salary: As per company standards and candidate experience.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
