Qualification: Diploma / B.E. - Mechanical/ECE/EEE
Experience: 0-2 years
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of gears and machined components.
- Inspect gear parameters such as tooth thickness, pitch, runout, profile, and lead as per drawings.
- Operate measuring instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and gear measuring equipment.
- Ensure compliance with customer drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Identify defects, control rejections, and coordinate with production for corrective actions.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and calibration records.
- Support root cause analysis, customer complaint resolution, and quality audits.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of gear manufacturing processes and inspection methods.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments and quality tools.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements is an advantage.
Objective: To ensure product quality, dimensional accuracy, and customer satisfaction while minimizing rejection and rework.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
