Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented person with a background in finance, business loans, banking, or government funding schemes. The selected candidate will initially research Indian business loans and government schemes and will receive practical training to support our finance firm's operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

- Research Indian government business loan schemes, subsidies, grants, and MSME funding programs.
- Identify eligibility criteria, required documents, application procedures, deadlines, and official application links.
- Research business loans offered by banks, NBFCs, and other financial institutions.
- Prepare clear reports comparing funding options and eligibility requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of loans, grants, and government funding programs.
- Gradually learn our internal processes and assist with funding research and client documentation.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance,



Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Indian banking, business loans, MSME schemes, or government funding programs.
- Positive internet research, Excel, and report-writing skills.
- Strong written English and attention to detail.
- Ability to verify information using official government and lender websites.
- Willingness to learn new funding programs and work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Experience

- Experience working with a bank, NBFC, loan consultancy, CA firm, or financial services company.
- Familiarity with Indian MSME schemes and business loan documentation.

Important: This is a research and funding-support position, not a commission-only sales job. Training will be provided to help the successful candidate grow into a specialized funding research role.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month
