Job Summary

Will assist in the end-to-end design, prototyping, testing, and validation of electronic circuits and

printed circuit board (PCB) systems.

will work closely with senior engineers, firmware developers, and mechanical teams to transform

product requirements into robust, functional physical hardware.

This position offers excellent growth potential and mentorship for an early-career engineer looking to

build expertise in analog, digital, and power hardware systems.

Key Responsibilities

 Schematic & PCB Design: Assist in developing electronic circuit architectures, capturing schematics,

and creating PCB layouts using standard Orcad tools & Cadence Alegro.

 Component Sourcing: Analyse manufacturer datasheets to select components based on electrical

stress, cost, lifecycle, footprint, and lead time.

 Prototyping & Bring-Up: Conduct manual bench assembly, soldering (SMD/THT), and initial

hardware bring-up of new prototype boards.

 Testing & Debugging: Utilize laboratory test equipment—such as oscilloscopes, digital multi-

meters, DC power supplies, and logic analysers—to isolate, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware

bugs.

 Documentation:



Generate and maintain essential engineering documents including Bills of

Materials (BOMs), design manuals, schematic check books, Gerber files, and validation test reports

test plans & circuit descriptions

 Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with firmware engineers for micro-controller pin-

mapping/integration and mechanical engineers for enclosure fitment and thermal constraints.

Required Technical Skills

 Circuit Fundamentals: Robust grasp of passive components, active components (diodes, MOSFETs,

BJTs), and basic circuit analysis (Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's laws). with power supplies (battery, LDO,

SMPS)

 Embedded & Digital Electronics: Familiarity with microcontrollers (e.g., STM32, ESP32, Arduino)

and digital peripheral routing.

 Communication Protocols: Basic understanding of on-board hardware interfaces like I2C, SPI,

UART, and peripheral buses (CAN, RS-485).

 Strong fundamentals in analog circuit design (operational amplifiers, filtering, noise mitigation).

 Familiarity with strain-gauge load cells, Wheatstone bridge circuits, and high-resolution Delta-Sigma

ADCs (e.g., CS5532, ADS1232, or similar instrumentation chips).

Required Qualifications

 Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

 Bachelor’s degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE).

Salary Details

 CTC – 3.5 to 5 lacs pa. Negotiable.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
