Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing & Content Executive to support the promotion of Skill Mastery’s school programs through digital marketing, social media, and engaging content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media, brochures, posters, presentations, and campaigns.
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote school programs.
- Create captions, posts, short-form content, and promotional materials.
- Coordinate with the business development and training teams to understand program requirements.
- Support school program branding and promotional activities.
- Monitor social media engagement and campaign performance.
- Identify new content ideas and trends relevant to education, AI, digital skills, and youth development.
- Maintain consistent brand communication across digital platforms.
- Support lead-generation and promotional campaigns when required.
Key Skills
- Valuable content writing and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and basic design tools.
- Social media management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing.
- Creativity and ability to develop engaging content.
- Good presentation and copywriting skills.
- Understanding of social media trends and audience engagement.

Qualification
Any Degree; Marketing, Media, Communications, or related background preferred.
