Role: Sampling Coordinator

Experience: 2-5 years

Responsibilities:

* Coordinate sample development from design brief to final approval.

* Liaise with designers, pattern makers, tailors and embroidery vendors.

* Track sample timelines, materials, fittings and revisions.

* Ensure samples match approved designs, measurements and specifications.

* Maintain sample trackers, photographs and approval records.

* Follow up on pending samples and resolve coordination issues.

* Ensure approved samples and specifications are handed over to production on time.

Requirements:

* Experience in garment sampling, merchandising or product development.

* Knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, measurements and embroidery.

* Strong follow-up, organisation and coordination skills.

* Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.

* Designerwear or couture experience preferred.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
