- Support daily salon operations and manage the team effectively.
- Achieve sales targets and drive service and retail sales.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance, attendance, and productivity.
- Drive customer appointments, repeat visits, and local marketing activities.
- Maintain salon hygiene, grooming, and brand standards.
- Monitor daily sales reports, inventory, and operational activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience in salon, retail, hospitality, or service industry preferred.
- Good communication, leadership, and team management skills.
- Sales-oriented with a focus on achieving business targets.
- Ability to manage daily operations and handle customers professionally.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
