Employment Type: Full time (On-site) Office Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM Working Days: Monday to Saturday Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on skills and experience) Eligibility & Skills: Proficiency in on-site management and overseeing construction activities Strong communication skills for coordination with team members, clients, and other stakeholders Expertise in quality control and ensuring adherence to project standards Knowledge of structural engineering and its application in construction projects Background in civil engineering or a related discipline Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines Proven ability to manage resources and budgets effectively Prior experience working on infrastructure or construction projects is an advantage
