Key Responsibilities:
- Convert enquiries into gym memberships.
- Handle walk-in customers, calls, and WhatsApp enquiries.
- Explain membership plans, packages, and gym facilities to prospective members.
- Follow up with leads and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Build robust relationships with members and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Support daily gym operations and membership renewals.
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Passion for fitness and the ability to work towards targets.
