HR Manager

DAN AND SONS PVT LIMITED is seeking an experienced and motivated HR Manager with a minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience to manage recruitment, employee relations, and daily human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage recruitment, candidate screening, interviews, and employee onboarding.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and workplace concerns.
- Coordinate employee training, development, and performance evaluations.
- Assist with payroll coordination, leave management, and HR administration.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and company policies.
- Support management in workforce planning and employee development.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.
- Positive English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment, employee management, and HR practices.
- Basic knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with HR software and AI tools is an advantage.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
Experience
Minimum 3 years of relevant HR experience is mandatory.
