- Handle admissions and counselling for students interested in online UPSC courses.
- Respond to enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other online channels.
- Explain course structure, fees, batches, schedules, and admission procedures to students.
- Follow up with prospective students and maintain accurate lead and admission records.
- Monitor daily online classes to ensure smooth attendance, communication, and student participation.
- Coordinate with faculty and students regarding class schedules, links, study material, and technical issues.
- Track student attendance, engagement, and regularity in online batches.
- Address student queries and coordinate with the concerned team for timely resolution.
- Maintain regular communication with online students and support them throughout their course journey.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports on enquiries, admissions, attendance, and online class performance.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹59,000.00 per month
