Job description:

Position: BIM Modeler Architecture

Location: Mogappair, Chennai

Company: TDEC

Duration: Full Time

Experience:

5+ years of experience as a BIM Modeler in an architectural setting.

Experience working on medium to large-scale building projects preferred.

Skills:

Proficient in Autodesk Revit; experience with Navisworks

Familiar with BIM standards and workflows (e.g., ISO 19650, LOD, COBie).

Understanding of architectural design, detailing, and construction processes.

Solid attention to detail and accuracy in modeling.

Good communication and collaboration skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
