Key Responsibilities

- Configure and maintain the SuccessFactors Performance Management and Goal Management modules, including form templates, rating scales, route maps, and workflows.
- Design and implement goal plan templates, including cascading goals, goal libraries, and alignment with organizational objectives (OKRs/KPIs).
- Lead requirements-gathering workshops with HR and business stakeholders to translate performance management strategy into system design.
- Configure calibration sessions, competency libraries, and 360-degree/multi-rater feedback processes.
- Manage form template versioning, route map logic, and role-based permissions (RBP) for performance forms.
- Support integration between PMGM and other SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Compensation, Succession & Development).
- Conduct unit testing, UAT support, and troubleshoot configuration or workflow issues during implementation and post-go-live phases.
- Develop functional specifications, configuration workbooks, and end-user training materials.
- Provide production support, including break-fix, enhancements, and annual performance cycle configuration updates (e.g., recent review periods, template changes).
- Stay current with SAP SuccessFactors release updates (semi-annual releases) and assess impact on existing configurations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Compensation, Succession, Learning) to ensure a cohesive talent management ecosystem.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on experience configuring SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goal Management module.
- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification strongly preferred.
- Solid understanding of performance management business processes: goal setting, cascading, competency assessments, calibration, and review cycles.




- Experience with route map design, form template configuration, and RBP (Role-Based Permissions).
- Familiarity with SuccessFactors Employee Central and integration points with other talent modules.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to configuration detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience facilitating workshops with HR/business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with multiple full-cycle SuccessFactors implementations.
- Knowledge of Metadata Framework (MDF), Intelligent Services, or SAP BTP extensions.
- Exposure to Compensation, Succession Planning, or Continuous Performance Management (CPM) modules.
- Consulting background (Big 4, SAP partner, or systems integrator) is a plus.

Specialized Skills:

- Technical Skills:

- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors PMGM configuration and administration.

- Proficiency in creating reports and dashboards within SAP SuccessFactors or related BI tools.
- Project Management:
- Ability to manage learning projects, deliverables, and deadlines.
- Communication:
- Strong written and verbal skills for user support, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Problem Solving:
- Aptitude for troubleshooting system issues and identifying root causes.

Implementation Experience:

- Successfully completed at least two full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM, covering all phases from planning and configuration through go-live and post-deployment support.

Certification:

- SAP SuccessFactors PMGM certification is required.
