Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and allocate field investigation cases to field executives or third-party agencies.
- Monitor the status of field investigations for loan applicants and ensure timely completion.
- Follow up with field teams and agencies for pending cases and investigation reports.
- Review FI reports for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company policies.
- Coordinate with credit, underwriting, sales, and operations teams to resolve investigation-related queries.
- Track daily case allocation, completed cases, pending cases, and TAT.
- Identify discrepancies, suspicious information, or potential red flags in investigation reports and escalate them to the concerned team.




- Maintain proper documentation and update investigation status in internal systems or MIS trackers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports on FI performance and pending cases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, investigation guidelines, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance investigation efficiency and turnaround time.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
