- Create schedules: Build shift rotations, duty rosters, and daily work assignments based on occupancy and operational needs.
- Train and onboard: Provide orientation, safety training, and skill-building sessions for recent and existing housekeepers.
- Monitor performance: Track team productivity, handle attendance or timecards, and assist with hiring, reviews, or disciplinary actions
Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
