Job Description

Job Role:

- Independently draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor agreements, and employment contracts.
- Manage day-to-day legal operations and provide legal support to internal departments.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks, particularly concerning liability, indemnification, intellectual property, and data protection.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Corporate Laws, Labour Laws, and Data Privacy Regulations.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, HR, Operations, external legal advisers, and senior management.
- Develop and improve legal policies, standard agreements, and compliance processes.
- Handle legal notices, disputes, recovery matters, and litigation coordination.
- Support international legal matters, particularly involving the USA and UK, along with other ad hoc legal requirements.

Skillset:

- Solid expertise in commercial contract drafting, review, and negotiation.
- Sound knowledge of Corporate Laws, Contract Laws, Labour Laws, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDP).




- Ability to independently handle legal matters and provide business-oriented solutions.
- Excellent communication, analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, risk assessment, and stakeholder management.

Educational Qualifications

Qualification and Experience:

- LL.B. degree (3-year or 5-year program).
- Experience: 5 years in corporate legal, commercial contracts, and compliance.
- Experience with a reputed law firm or in-house legal team, preferably in the IT industry.
- Preference: Candidates from IT consulting, IT services, technology, or SaaS companies with experience handling international contracts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹641,805.10 - ₹814,417.34 per year
