Strong expertise in Talent Acquisition and end‑to‑end recruitment.
Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
Hands‑on HR generalist experience in a corporate setup.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and maturity.
Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
Proficient in MS Excel, HRMS, and reporting.
Educational Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent qualification.
Experience Requirement
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Generalist. Prior experience in financial services, forex, or related sectors will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
