About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our construction team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be a qualified Civil Engineer with 5–7 years of hands-on experience in building construction projects, capable of managing site operations end-to-end — from execution and quality control to coordination and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for building construction projects from start to finish
- Execute work as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules
- Conduct end-to-end site monitoring, including quality control, safety compliance, and progress tracking
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution
- Supervise and guide site staff, subcontractors, and laborers
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR), measurement books, and site documentation
- Verify and certify contractor bills, quantities, and material consumption
- Ensure adherence to safety norms, quality standards,



and statutory regulations
- Identify and resolve site-level issues promptly to avoid delays
- Monitor material procurement, storage, and usage to minimize wastage
- Conduct site inspections, testing of materials, and quality checks at every stage

Candidate Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory)
- 5–7 years of proven experience in building construction (residential/commercial projects preferred)
- Strong knowledge of end-to-end site execution and monitoring
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings and layouts
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office
- Solid understanding of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to be based at project sites in Hyderabad

Preferred Skills

- Experience with high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and Hyderabad municipal regulations
- Certification in project management or construction safety (added advantage)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
