Job Title: Zoho ERP Implementation Engineer

About the Role

TurnOnWeb Solutions is looking for a skilled and customer-focused Zoho ERP Implementation Engineer to understand business requirements, configure Zoho applications, and implement customized solutions for clients. The ideal candidate should have a positive understanding of business processes, technical configuration, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client business requirements and translate them into Zoho-based solutions.
- Implement, configure, and customize Zoho applications such as Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, and other relevant Zoho products.
- Map business workflows, configure modules, and automate processes using Zoho tools.
- Develop custom functions and workflows using Deluge scripting.
- Integrate Zoho applications with third-party platforms and APIs, wherever required.
- Conduct client discussions, requirement gathering, product demonstrations, and user training.
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution during implementation.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and implementation reports.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Provide post-implementation support and recommend process improvements.

Preferred Skills

- Experience implementing Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho CRM, or Zoho Creator.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, and basic SQL.
- Experience with workflow automation and custom business applications.




- Zoho certifications or relevant implementation project experience.

Requirements- Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in ERP implementation, business application consulting, or Zoho implementation.
- Practical knowledge of Zoho applications and their configuration.
- Familiarity with business processes such as sales, finance, inventory, purchasing, and operations.
- Knowledge of Deluge scripting, APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication, documentation, and client-handling skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
