Zorba Estates is a Bengaluru-based real estate company working with property owners, customers, and businesses for their property-related requirements. We focus on understanding client needs and connecting them with the appropriate property and internal teams.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Brand Onboarding Executive to handle client calls, understand their property requirements, maintain accurate information, and coordinate with the relevant internal team.

The main responsibility of this role is to speak with clients, understand their requirements, record the details, and share the requirements with the appropriate team for further action.

This role also involves supporting the team with different day-to-day tasks when required.

Key Responsibilities

- Call clients and understand their property requirements.
- Ask relevant questions to understand the client's budget, location, property type, size, purpose, and other requirements.
- Record and maintain complete client requirement information.
- Update client details and requirements in the company's records or CRM.
- Share client requirements with the appropriate Residential, Commercial, Sales, or other internal teams.
- Coordinate with the respective team for further follow-up.
- Follow up with clients when additional information is required.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal team members.




- Keep client information and requirement status updated.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams whenever required.
- Support the team in day-to-day operational activities.
- Handle multiple tasks based on business requirements.
- Assist with basic customer coordination, follow-ups, data updates, and other assigned responsibilities.
- Ensure all client information is properly maintained and communicated to the concerned team.

Requirements

- Any Degree.
- 0.6 – 3 years of experience in telecalling, customer coordination, client handling, real estate, sales support, or a related field is preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with clients over the phone.
- Good listening and requirement-gathering skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow up regularly.
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and coordinating with different teams.
- Basic understanding of real estate is an advantage.
