- Prepare detailed structural drawings using AutoCAD based on structural engineer inputs and approved designs.
- Develop foundation layouts, footing details, column layouts, beam layouts, slab reinforcement drawings, and structural sections.
- Prepare reinforcement detailing drawings for RCC structures, including footings, columns, beams, slabs, staircases, and retaining walls.
- Prepare bar bending schedules (BBS) and reinforcement detailing as per project requirements.
- Interpret structural design calculations, engineering sketches, and technical specifications provided by structural engineers.
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects, MEP teams, and site engineers to resolve drawing discrepancies.
- Revise drawings based on design changes, consultant comments, and actual site requirements.
- Ensure proper dimensions, levels, reinforcement details, sections, and annotations in all drawings.
- Prepare structural as-built drawings based on approved site modifications.
- Maintain drawing registers,



revision records, and documentation for each project.
- Assist site teams in clarifying structural drawing-related queries during construction.
- Ensure timely submission of drawings to support project execution schedules.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma or ITI in Civil Engineering, Structural Drafting, or a related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Knowledge of RCC detailing, reinforcement drawings, and structural construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and engineering specifications.
- Knowledge of bar bending schedules and reinforcement detailing.
- Understanding of construction drawings for residential buildings and multi-storey structures.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
