Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled VIP Support Engineer to provide dedicated IT support to senior management, executives, and other VIP users. The role requires excellent technical troubleshooting skills, professional communication, and the ability to resolve IT issues quickly while ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide priority IT support to VIP users, senior management, and executives.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating systems, and application-related issues.
- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Support Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
- Troubleshoot email, VPN, LAN/Wi-Fi, and connectivity issues.
- Provide support for video conferencing systems and meeting room equipment.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, and IT applications.
- Handle Active Directory tasks, including user account creation, password resets, and access-related issues.
- Coordinate with network, server, application, and other IT teams for issue resolution.




- Maintain incident records, follow up on escalations, and ensure timely closure of tickets.
- Ensure professional communication, confidentiality, and a high level of customer service.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, desktop troubleshooting, and hardware.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of Active Directory, VPN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking.
- Experience supporting VIP users or senior management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve critical issues within defined SLAs.
- Skilled attitude, responsiveness, and strong problem-solving skills.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT support or end-user computing.
- Prior experience in executive/VIP support will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to provide onsite support and work according to business requirements.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year
