Job Summary

We are looking for an Installation Champion to join our QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) team in Visakhapatnam. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality standards, safety compliance, inspections, and proper execution of residential and Commercial & Industrial (C&I;) solar installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure quality and safety standards are followed during solar installation projects.
- Conduct on-site quality and safety inspections for residential and C&I; projects.
- Conduct safety induction training and awareness programs for workers and staff.
- Prepare quality observation reports and track closure of observations.
- Perform safety and quality audits within the assigned city and state.




- Identify electrical hazards and assess associated risks.
- Coordinate with Installation & Commissioning (I&C;), Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), and Execution teams.
- Inspect solar equipment and installation materials.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) of near-miss incidents.
- Maintain and update QHSE-related reports and records.

Eligibility Criteria

- Diploma or BE/B.Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in field quality or installation in the solar sector.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and the local language.
- Strong accountability, discipline, honesty, and a positive attitude.
- Good inspection and observation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge of solar product inspection.
- Familiarity with the local geography of Visakhapatnam.
- Own accommodation and food arrangements in the base location.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
