Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Routine & Preventive Maintenance:
- Inspect, grease, and maintain rotary equipment, sewage/effluent pumps, air blowers, and agitators.
- Check gland packings, mechanical seals, belts, couplings, and motor alignments.
- Clean bar screens, fine screens, air intake filters, and diffuser systems regularly.
Plant Operation & Monitoring:
- Monitor treatment stages (collection sumps, equalization, aeration tanks, clarifiers, and filtration units like MGF and ACF).
- Oversee chemical and nutrient dosing systems (chlorine, alum, poly electrolyte, or biological cultures).
- Monitor treated water quality parameters (pH, BOD, COD, TSS, MLSS, and residual chlorine)
Education : ITI
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
