Housekeeper – Luxury Bungalow

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Housekeeper to manage the daily upkeep and maintenance of a luxury bungalow. The candidate should be hands-on, well-organised, and capable of independently handling all household work while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

The ideal candidate should have experience working in a premium household and should be able to manage daily housekeeping activities, coordinate with other household staff, and ensure smooth arrangements during guest visits and house parties.

Key Responsibilities1. Housekeeping & Daily Household Work

- Handle complete daily housekeeping activities of the bungalow.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper upkeep of bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, and other common areas.
- Perform dusting, cleaning, mopping, sweeping, and general maintenance of the house.
- Manage laundry, ironing, linen changes, and wardrobe-related housekeeping requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of furniture, décor items, and household spaces.
- Ensure availability and proper management of household cleaning materials and supplies.
- Maintain proper care, arrangement, and upkeep of all household items, including crockery, cutlery, utensils, furniture, chairs, décor items, and other household belongings, ensuring they are clean, organised, and well-maintained.

2. Supervision of House Staff

- Coordinate and supervise other household staff as required.




- Allocate daily work responsibilities and ensure tasks are completed properly.
- Monitor the quality of work and maintain discipline among staff.
- Coordinate with cooks, gardeners, drivers, and other support staff for smooth household functioning.

3. House Party & Guest Arrangements

- Assist in preparing the house for guests, family gatherings, and private parties.
- Ensure guest areas, rooms, washrooms, and common spaces are properly arranged and maintained.
- Coordinate with household staff during events for smooth arrangements.
- Manage post-party cleaning and restore the house to regular standards.

4. Maintenance & General Support

- Identify and report any repair or maintenance requirements in the house.
- Coordinate with service providers for routine repairs and upkeep as required.
- Ensure proper care and handling of household items, appliances, and furniture.

Candidate Requirements

- Previous experience as a Housekeeper in a bungalow, villa, or premium residence preferred.
- Positive knowledge of household cleaning, maintenance, and organisation.
- Ability to independently manage daily household activities.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Honest, trustworthy, disciplined, and service-oriented.
- Good communication skills and professional behaviour.

Preferred Candidate:
Someone who is experienced in managing complete household work, maintaining a clean and organised residence, coordinating with household staff, and supporting guest and party arrangements.
