Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to manage recruitment activities, source qualified candidates, and support the hiring process across various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
- Support end-to-end recruitment for different job roles.
- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures of vacancies.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and talent sourcing.
- Familiarity with job portals and MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
