- Oversee end-to-end operations of scaffolding projects, rentals, and site activities.
- Ensure timely deployment, erection, dismantling, and movement of scaffolding materials.
- Manage operations, site teams, manpower, equipment, and logistics efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
- Monitor project timelines, costs, productivity, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Purchase, Stores, and Finance teams.
- Optimize inventory and reduce material loss, damage, and operational costs.
- Resolve site issues and ensure timely customer support.
- Monitor team performance and drive operational efficiency.
- Achieve operational, profitability, safety, and customer satisfaction targets.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
