We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Manager to manage and grow our school's social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media trends, content creation, audience engagement, and organic growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage company and client social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Plan, develop, and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, posts, reels, stories, and campaign content.
- Develop strategies to increase followers, reach, engagement, and organic growth.
- Stay updated with Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging social media trends.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and creative teams to deliver high-quality content.
- Manage social media coverage for events, campaigns, and on-ground activities.
- Monitor comments, direct messages, audience engagement, and community interactions.
- Track social media performance, analyze insights, and prepare regular performance reports.




- Identify opportunities to improve content performance and achieve social media growth objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing and growing social media accounts.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, content strategy, and social media analytics.

Excellent communication, content-writing, creative thinking, and storytelling skills.

Familiarity with Canva and basic video editing tools is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.

Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Willingness to travel for events, campaigns, and field activities when required.
