Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Senior Store In-Charge to manage construction site store operations, inventory control, material receipt and issuance, stock reconciliation, and documentation. The candidate will ensure the timely availability of construction materials and maintain accurate stock records.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations at the construction project site.
- Receive and inspect construction materials against purchase orders, delivery challans, and invoices.
- Maintain GRN (Goods Receipt Note), material inward/outward registers, stock registers, and material issue slips.
- Issue materials to site engineers and other departments against approved requisitions.
- Maintain stock of cement, steel, sand, aggregates, electrical, plumbing, finishing materials, tools, and consumables.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.




- Monitor material consumption, wastage, shortages, damages, and excess stock.
- Coordinate with the Purchase Department, Accounts Team, Project Manager, and Site Engineers for material requirements.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports and MIS.
- Ensure proper storage, stacking, preservation, and security of materials.
- Maintain records of material transfers between sites and returned materials.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about replenishment requirements.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow site safety procedures.
- Ensure accurate documentation and support internal stock audits.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
