Role Overview

Position: HR Recruitment Intern / HR Freelancer
Company: Digit Solutions LLP
Duration: 3 Months
Work Mode: Remote / Work From Home
Working Commitment: 5 Hours per Day
Weekly Off: Sunday
Payout Structure: Performance-Based

Key Responsibilities

During the engagement, candidates may be involved in:

- Candidate sourcing through relevant recruitment channels
- Resume screening and shortlisting
- Initial candidate calling and profile assessment
- Understanding job descriptions and hiring requirements
- Coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring teams
- Maintaining candidate records and recruitment updates
- Following up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities

Candidates will gain practical exposure to:

- Recruitment processes and talent acquisition
- Candidate sourcing and screening techniques
- Professional communication and candidate handling
- Interview coordination and recruitment operations
- Working on live hiring requirements
- Recruitment workflow and candidate pipeline management
- Professional discipline, accountability, and performance management

Performance-Based Payout Structure





This opportunity follows a performance-based payout model.

- There is no fixed monthly stipend.
- Payout is linked to successful candidate joining and applicable performance criteria.
- No payout is provided without a successful candidate joining.
- Payout is processed 90 days after the candidate joins.
