Job Description

Manju Groups is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Officer (BDO) to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, build client relationships and drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
- Generate leads through outbound calls, client meetings, referrals and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Understand client requirements and explain the company's products and services.
- Conduct client meetings and present business proposals when required.
- Negotiate with clients and support successful business conversions.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and follow-up activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and new business opportunities.
- Achieve assigned business development targets and sales objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation,



client interactions and conversions.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; relevant experience will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good negotiation and client relationship management skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Solid follow-up, presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in Business Development, Sales, Telesales, Client Relationship Management or Real Estate will be an added advantage.
