- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies at solar project sites.
- Conduct regular site safety inspections, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.
- Monitor the use of PPE and ensure safe working practices.
- Identify potential hazards and implement preventive and corrective measures.
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, and statutory documentation.
- Conduct safety inductions and training for workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations and client requirements.
Qualification: Diploma/Degree with a relevant Industrial Safety qualification.
Experience: 1–3 years in HSE, preferably in solar EPC, construction, or infrastructure projects.
Location: Project Site; willingness to travel as required.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
