Job Description – Executive (Tendering, Costing & Accounts)

Salary: Approximately ₹50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities (KRA)

· Prepare and submit government and private tenders, including GeM portal bids and related documentation.

· Handle EMD, BG, tender fees, and tender-related coordination with banks.

· Prepare product-wise and tender-wise costing, pricing, and profitability analysis.

· Monitor MSME vendor payments and invoice processing through Invoice Mart.

· Perform accounting, reconciliation, and MIS reporting using SAP Business One (SAP B1).

· Prepare Excel-based reports, trackers, and costing sheets.

· Handle other finance, accounts, and commercial activities as assigned by management.

Candidate Requirements





· CA Dropout with sound accounting knowledge.

· Relevant prior experience in tender management and costing preferred.

· Good working knowledge of MS Excel is essential.

· Knowledge of the GeM portal and SAP B1 preferred.

· Familiarity with Invoice Mart and MSME payment compliance will be an advantage.

· Valuable analytical, coordination, and documentation skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
