Job Summary
We are looking for an Executive – Accounts & Finance to support project-related accounting activities, vendor payments, invoice processing, and financial record management. The ideal candidate should have a valuable understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Verify and book vendor invoices accurately and on time.
- Process vendor payments and coordinate with vendors and internal teams.
- Maintain bookkeeping records and pass accounting entries.
- Perform vendor ledger reconciliation and resolve discrepancies.
- Support day-to-day project accounting activities.
- Maintain proper documentation, invoices, payment records, and accounting reports.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of assigned accounting activities.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of accounting software or ERP systems.
- Good understanding of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 2–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in invoice processing, vendor payments, and ledger reconciliation will be preferred.
- Candidates with project accounting experience will have an added advantage.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
