We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Team Leader to supervise housekeeping operations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality for a hospitality project in Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping activities.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of housekeeping staff.
- Inspect rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.
- Train and guide team members on housekeeping procedures.
- Monitor cleaning supplies, linen, and equipment.
- Report maintenance issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and company standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of relevant housekeeping experience.
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience is required.
- Good English communication skills.
- Leadership, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and cleaning standards.
