We are looking for a highly organized, mature, responsible and proactive professional to manage and track the delegation of tasks and follow-ups across multiple entrepreneurs, business leaders and stakeholders.
The core purpose of this role is to ensure that every task delegated by management is properly recorded, assigned, tracked, followed up on and closed within the required timeline.
This is a high follow-up and execution-oriented role. The ideal candidate should be comfortable continuously following up with people, maintaining records, identifying pending items and ensuring that commitments are completed.
Experience
Candidates with previous experience in roles involving coordination, administration, executive support, task tracking, operations, office management, project coordination or follow-up will be preferred.
Particularly relevant backgrounds include candidates who have previously been responsible for:
* Following up with multiple teams or individuals
* Maintaining MIS / trackers
* Managing deadlines
* Coordinating between senior management and teams
* Ensuring execution of assigned tasks
* Maintaining daily/weekly reports
* Administrative or executive coordination
Location Requirement
The candidate should preferably live in or around Sonipat and should be able to commute independently to the factory on a daily basis.
Candidates requiring company-provided transportation should not be the primary preference.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
