Territory to Handle:

Madurai, Tirunelveli, Tuticorin, Kanyakumari, Ramanathapuram, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Theni, Dindigul

Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced Area Sales Manager (ASM) to handle our Down South operations. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing SO/ASE team and expanding distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Responsible for primary & secondary sales target achievement for Down South region

- Lead, train and manage a team of 8-12 SOs / ASEs

- Appoint recent distributors, super stockists and retailers

- Daily market visits and team tour plan review

- Expand numeric distribution and ensure product availability

- Execute schemes, promotions and new product launches

- Distributor payment collection & no overdue





- Daily Sales Reporting (DSR) and competitor tracking

- Conduct weekly sales review meetings

Requirements & Skills:

- Experience: 2 to 6 years in FMCG Sales (Food Product Industry MUST)

- Current Designation: SO / Sr. SO / ASM

- Must have team handling & distributor handling experience

- Strong knowledge of Down South market

- Must have Two-Wheeler & Valid Driving License

- Education: Any Degree, MBA Marketing preferred

- Language: Tamil & English

- Age: Below 35 years
