Energie Fitness Health Equipment Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and target-oriented Team Leader – B2C Sales to join our team.
Location: Delhi
Experience: 3–5 Years
Industry: Fitness / Gym Equipment

Key Responsibilities:

- Achieve and exceed B2C sales targets
- Lead, motivate & manage the B2C Sales Team
- Drive team performance, conversions & deal closures
- Solid knowledge of gym equipment sales across India
- Coordinate with Logistics & Customer Service for timely client deliverables
- Work closely with Marketing for lead generation & conversion
- Monitor stock levels, customer issues & sales bottlenecks
- Maintain strong customer relationships with a solution-oriented approach




- Ensure accurate & timely daily Sales MIS
- Regularly report sales performance and key issues to Senior Management

What We’re Looking For:
3–5 years of B2C sales experience
Team handling experience
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Target-oriented and proactive approach
Experience in fitness/gym equipment sales preferred
Good knowledge of MS Excel & MIS reporting
