Job Title: Maintenance Incharge

Location: BALCO, Chhattisgarh

Qualification: B.Tech – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 10+ Years overall, with 5+ years as Maintenance Incharge

Roles & Responsibiltes

 Manage day-to-day mechanical maintenance activities and plant equipment.

 Experience in Dross Processing Unit (DPU), DRI, Steel Plant or Power Plant

is preferred.

 Plan and monitor preventive, breakdown and shutdown maintenance.

 Handle alignment, bearing and rotating equipment maintenance.

 Supervise maintenance teams and coordinate daily maintenance activities.

 Ensure equipment reliability, minimum downtime and compliance with safety

procedures.

 Maintain maintenance documentation, reports and equipment records.

 Manage spares, inventory and maintenance-related material requirements.

 Coordinate with operations for smooth plant functioning.
