- Perform routine maintenance and servicing of machines to ensure smooth operations
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule
- Ensure minimum machine downtime and quick breakdown resolution
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and repairs
- Coordinate with production team to ensure uninterrupted workflow
- Inspect machines regularly to identify potential issues
- Ensure proper usage of tools and safety equipment
- Support installation and commissioning of current machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the maintenance area
- Handling Tube Filling and Sealing Machine.
Key Requirements:
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in machine maintenance (manufacturing preferred)
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems, motors, Machine and mechanical components
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery efficiently
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
- Physically fit and able to handle shop-floor work
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Disciplined, responsible, and detail-oriented
