Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Strategy & Growth

- Develop and implement strategies to increase admissions and revenue.
- Identify new opportunities for partnerships, programs, and expansion.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

2. Team Management

- Lead, mentor, and manage administrative, admissions, and support teams.
- Set performance goals and ensure accountability across departments.
- Foster a team-oriented and high-performance work culture.

3. Collaboration with Management

- Work closely with the school leadership/management board to align business goals with academic vision.
- Present reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support decision-making with data and analysis.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in operations/business management (education sector preferred).

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset.
