Job description:
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Understanding of BOQs, contract terms and billing procedures
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Certifying bills for payment and managing the payment process
- Ensuring that projects stay within the allocated budget and tracking costs
- Estimating the quantities of materials and work required for a project
- Responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing billing processes and ensuring budgetary control.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
