Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive HR professional to manage payroll, statutory compliance, HR operations, employee onboarding, employee relations, and HR digitalization initiatives. The ideal candidate should have sound knowledge of HR processes, strong coordination skills, and the ability to ensure accurate documentation and timely execution of HR activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Payroll Management: Coordinate and process monthly payroll, validate inputs, and ensure timely and accurate salary processing.
- Statutory Compliance: Handle PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), and other applicable statutory compliances.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR activities, employee records, documentation, and HR process administration.
- Employee Onboarding: Coordinate joining formalities, document verification, induction, and employee data management.
- HRMS & Digitalization: Support HRMS implementation and usage, employee data management, workflow digitalization, and HR reporting.
- MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain HR MIS, payroll reports, and other periodic HR reports.
- Employee Grievances: Address employee queries and grievances, coordinate resolutions, and ensure timely closure.




- Vendor Management: Coordinate with payroll, compliance, and other HR-related service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.
- ISO Audits & Documentation: Maintain HR-related records, documentation, and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate or postgraduate in HR, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
- 2–6 years of relevant HR experience.
- Practical knowledge of payroll processing and statutory compliance.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, and LWF.
- Experience with HRMS platforms, HR MIS, and MS Excel.
- Robust communication, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be preferred.
- For the Senior Executive position, prior exposure to ISO audits is mandatory.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vasai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
