About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,

generating leads, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team in achieving

business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

● Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and

outbound activities.

● Reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other communication

channels.

● Maintain and update the lead database and CRM records.

● Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.

● Understand customer requirements and communicate relevant solutions.

● Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and business documents.





● Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong customer relationships.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

● Track sales activities and prepare periodic reports.

Required Qualifications

● Master’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.

● Freshers are welcome to apply.

● Solid verbal and written communication skills.

● Basic understanding of sales and business development processes.

● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

● Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

● Self-motivated, result-oriented, and eager to learn.

Preferred Skills

● Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.

● Ability to conduct market research and competitor analysis.

● Strong presentation skills.

● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
