DBGTECH Solutions is a home automation and smart technology solutions company specialising in luxury residential and commercial projects across India. We work with premium smart home, lighting, security and home theatre brands.

We are looking for a creative, proactive and hands-on Marketing Manager / Executive who can independently manage our digital presence, coordinate project shoots and create engaging marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Plan, schedule and publish reels, posts, stories and shorts.
- Maintain a monthly content calendar.
- Improve brand visibility, engagement and follower growth.
- Monitor social media trends and competitors.

2. Content Creation & Basic Editing

- Shoot and edit basic product videos, reels and short-form content.
- Use Canva, CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Create social media creatives, thumbnails and promotional material.
- Write engaging captions, hashtags and basic marketing copy.

3. Site Shoots & Coordination

- Coordinate photo and video shoots at client project sites.
- Visit completed home automation and home theatre installations to capture content.
- Coordinate with technicians, sales teams, photographers and videographers.
- Manage shoot schedules and organise project footage.

4. Marketing Campaigns & Branding

- Assist with product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
- Coordinate with external agencies, designers and influencers when required.
- Support marketing activities for DBGTECH's website and e-commerce store.
- Maintain consistency in the company's branding and communication.

5. Performance Tracking

- Prepare weekly social media and marketing performance reports.
- Track reach,



engagement, enquiries and leads.
- Suggest creative ideas to improve digital presence and lead generation.

Candidate Requirements

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or content creation preferred.
- Basic video editing and graphic design skills are mandatory.
- Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social media trends.
- Ability to independently coordinate and manage site shoots.
- Good English communication and content-writing skills.
- Working knowledge of Canva and at least one video editing application.
- Organised, creative and capable of managing multiple tasks.
- Comfortable travelling to project sites within Mumbai when required.
- Experience in luxury brands, interiors, architecture or technology is an advantage.

What We're Looking For: Someone who can take ownership of DBGTECH's day-to-day marketing execution, rather than only supervise agencies or outsource everything.
